    Description

This great old flask is in very good condition!!  I am selling it as I found it, it could use a good cleaning around the rim and inside, I will leave that up to you.
It has an awesome diagonal pattern on each side, going in opposite directions, giving it a crisscross look.
The mark on the bottom is a diamond with an I in the middle, which is the Illinois Glass Company mark that they used from 1915-1929 - during the height of the prohibition period.  There is also an "8" on the bottom, probably for 8 ounces.  There is also a line in the glass on the bottom that is not a crack and must be from the manufacturing process.
The cap is probably silver or pewter, I am not sure as it is not marked.  The original cork lining is present.  The cap shows some wear on the outside as to be expected.
    It measures 5 1/4" x 3 3/4".
Thank you for your interest.  Please add me to your favorites list as I will be listing a multitude of other vintage items in the future!
