Vintage Berlin Germany Standing Fighting Bear in a Crown Gold Rimmed China Thing

Small White China Oval Shaped "Flask" with Gold Trim
There is no top so I'm not sure what this is.
There's a Standing or Fighting Bear in a Crown on the side, marked BERLIN.
The bottom has a blue double triangle shape with a K in the top larger triangle.
Measures approximately 2 inches to the top of the highest small gold top x 2 inches long at the top
This belonged to my late aunt who lived and worked in Germany in the 1950's.
She acquired many interesting items in her travels and brought them back to the U.S.
