Surtex vintage flask alcohol  drink kit
Included leather  case the snaps bottle in place with zip open compartment at bottom that has two cups probably for alcohol mixing- the cups have some stains in them,
The snap and zipper work great.
Bottle has a nice worn patina to it as shown in pics may have been a shiny gold color at one point  but that has mostly worn away
Bottle has no cracks or nice may need a bit of cleaning at the top
