Antique Crystal Cut Glass Flask with Decorated Fitted Velvet Box Silver Stopper

Antique cut glass flask with fitted velvet box, silver plate screw top.
Flask measures apprx 5" tall. Box measures apprx 6.5" x 5".
Box has floral decoration on top and metal latch with leaf decoration.
Not sure who the maker is.
Condition as seen in pictures.  No chips or cracks but the screw top slides off so not sure if it will hold it's liquor.
Top of the box is broken and needs some glue.  Currently just the fabric holding together.  See pictures.
