Description
1920s Prohibition Era Chrome Caged Flask Cork Screw Top, Anco Arrow Glass. Drink up! Here's a wonderful vintage chrome flask from the 1920s. The heavy glass bottle is marked Anco on the bottom (with its arrow logo) and is encased in the caged/barred chrome. The flask is curved and has a screw-off cork-lined lid. Holds a half pint.Very Good condition. Glass itself is outstanding with no cracks or chips. The chrome shows typical wear/age for an item from nearly a century ago. No dents. Top screws off easily. Top has a half-inch split (liquids dribble out when the flask it placed on its side with the split). Bottom base can pop off. Has a tiny quarter-inch split in the chrome at the base (I'm being picky here). The glass can be removed from the "cage" (I did so for photography), though I'm not recommending it since it's a tight fit. A great piece of history and a neat addition to any bar.
5.5" high by 3.5" wide; weighs 11 oz.
